Values

H1st believes you have to be a happy and healthy human prior to being any sort of athlete.

We approach sport and performance from a health professional perspective, aiming to ensure you're first meeting life's basic needs. We provide an holistic approach to performance and avoid a cookie cutter, one size fits all method.

This means we learn who you are, what areas we can support, and hope to improve your knowledge so there is less reliance on your coach or health professional in the future.

There is more to sport and performance than completing training sessions on trainingpeaks and we will have a supportive approach to keeping you happy and healthy and then performing at your best.
